Are there people that actually can sense vampiric humans?
People who are psychic or sensitive to subtle energy can sometimes sense vampires, though they won’t always know the person is a vampire. Anyone who is awakened or awakening in some form may sense them too. Otherkin, vampires, witches, shamans and psychics can all feel different from normal humans.
