Are there particular vertical markets that InVision is keen to enter or expand in?
Peter Bollenbeck: InVision has started to go into non-contact-centre markets in 2004. Currently our main global target sectors are back offices, retail and transport & logistics. In some countries – like the UK – we also provide solutions for the public sector. In the long run, we believe that WFM becomes a hot issue in most of the traditional industries. In healthcare, manufacturing and utilities one can already see a growing demand. InVision is perfectly positioned to exploit this rising market potential. Why has InVision stepped into the non-contact-centre marketplace for workforce management software, especially into retail and back offices?
