There is very little overlap. Isogon does have a UNIX software asset management product that is somewhat similar to Tivoli License Manager. However, it covers only UNIX. Isogon also resells a session manager utility for mainframes that offers functionality similar to an existing IBM product. Thus, Isogon is very complementary to the IBM portfolio, with little overlap.
