Allegria is located to the west of Cairo, near Smart Village (7 mins). It is also near local retail centres and hospitals such as Dar El Fouad Hospital (15 mins), Dandy Mall (7 mins) and Hyper One (12 mins). Also nearby, is the upcoming city centre WESTOWN, designed by SODIC in collaboration with Solidere. WESTOWN will be a self-sufficient, mixed-use city-centre that has been carefully planned to bring together the fundamentals of residential, social and commercial life in a modern community that values pedestrian circulation, architectural quality, and environmental sustainability and responsibility. The Polygon Business Park and Forty West, the first two neighbourhoods of Westown have already been launched, to be delivered in 2013.
