The short answer is “NO”. Hangers is the ONLY green cleaner in Kansas City, period. Other may claim to be as their name sounds eco-friendly, but they are not! All other cleaners pay (meaning you pay) environmental taxes or surcharges… Hangers is the only cleaner that does not. In Greenpeace’s “Report Card” on dry cleaning, all methods, including GreenEarth, received an “F”. Only cleaning in CO2 and water (both methods used by Hangers) received an “A”.
