Are there MLPA kits available for agarose gels?
Yes. We have a small number of MLPA kits available for detection by agarose gels: A012 ERBB2 and A071-A078 DMD. These probemixes contain only 10-14 probes and are developed especially for labs in countries which cannot afford an electrophoresis type sequencer. For more information, please e-mail us. Our product category MLPA for agarose gels has been renamed into Low-resolution MLPA, as these kits may also be used on low-resolution systems such as the Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 and BioRad experion system.
