Yes. All slides that do not enter the pool have a minimum height requirement of 40″. Our two Oasis pool slides have a minimum height requirement of 48″ due to the entry-depth of the water. Guests between 40″ and 48″ are permitted to go down the slides while wearing an approved life jacket.
