I don’t believe that there are…if you are interested in some interesting new advances in microbes and microbe technology, there are some genetically altered bugs that excrete crude oil now. They have just announced that they are complete. It could create a new wave of oil production as well as continuing to advance them to get them to consume industrial waste…if we could do this, it could potentially end industrial pollution AND the oil shortage crisis all at once.
