The Investment Plans Committee meets once a month to discuss investments, policy and ongoing administrative issues relating to the Plans. The meetings are open to the public and Participants are encouraged to attend. In addition to its monthly meetings, the Investment Plan Committee sponsors an annual meeting for the purpose of informing the Plans’ Participants of any notable events or changes to the Plans and responding to Participants’ questions and concerns regarding the Plans. The meetings are generally held in the second or third month of the year.
