Are there maximum annual contributions for the accounts?
The Company imposes a $4,000 maximum annual contribution for the Health Care Account, and a $5,000 maximum annual contribution for the Dependent Care Account. If you and your spouse both participate in dependent care and/or health care reimbursement plan, the combination of contribution to either type of account cannot exceed $5,000. If you choose, you may contribute the maximum amount to both accounts.
