A. Yes, mainly because of internet bandwidth considerations there are data download limits. The filter is either for “invoiced” or “closed” service orders. This can be changed inside the configuration program that is included with the CD. Any service orders that are not included in the filter will not be available for download or not eligible for editing. Q.
