Are there limits on message or attachment sizes for my OxyCONNECT email account?
Yes. You can send and receive mail messages up to 20 MB in size, including the attachments. As a security measure to prevent potential viruses, you won’t be able to send or receive executable files (such as files ending in .exe, .ini, .vbs) that could contain damaging executable code, even if they are sent in a zipped (.zip, .tar, .tgz, .taz, .z, .gz) format. If this type of message is sent to you, it will be bounced back to the sender automatically.
