Are there laundry facilities or do the tenant/owner share a common coin laundry?
There are no laundry facilities. Either the condo association decides to install laundry facilities in the common basement area, or each tenant will use his own facility. What kind of heating system is installed? There is an old heating system that will be replaced with a modern one when the building is renovated. How old are the buildings? The buildings are about 100 years old but each one has sound structure. Is there any parking for a car? There is lot of on street parking. What is the condition of the building? The building has not yet been renovated but its structure is sound and it is being maintained in its present condition to avoid any damage. It needs more than cosmetic work. The exterior is in classical style and needs some patching and resurfacing. The roof was repaired 2 years ago when it needed it.
