Are there laundry and kitchen facilities in the residence?

Yes, there are laundry facilities on the first floor. Twelve coin-operated washers and twelve coin-operated dryers are located in the laundry room. Two stoves with ovens, as well as an industrial sized stainless steel sink, are available in another cooking area located on the first floor. This is open to all members of the residence community.
