Yes. Payments processed after August 30th are charged a late fee. The late fee is assessed for each license type separately. For license fees $100 or less, the late fee is $30, or the amount of the license fee, whichever is less. For license fees greater than $100, the late fee is 30 percent, but not to exceed $750. For example, for 12 Type F meters the license fee is $444 (12 x $37). The penalty fee would be $133.20 (30% of $444). If you also have 1 Type A scale the license fee is $39. The penalty fee for the A scale would be $30. You would need to pay your license fee for both your F meters and A scale plus your late fees for both license types.
