Are there jobs or ministry training opportunities in the locations of work?

Since the beginning of our street children’s help project in Russia in 1995, for many reasons we have only been using local workers in all operations. Our purpose is to help the local people – both full time workers and volun teers – become specialists in this work. Even if we wanted to invite foreigners to participate, bureaucracy and difficulties in practical arrangements would make it very complicated. The same principle of using local workers is applied also in other Mission Possible’s projects. For this reason we unfortunately cannot offer foreign volunteers an opportunity to participate, regardless of their high qualification and motivation.
