Are there international rates associated with the AT&T One Rate Calling Card Plan?
Yes. Calls to Canada and Northern Mexico are just 30¢ a minute when the calls originate in the United States and you dial the calls yourself using 1 800 CALL ATT. Rates to other countries and Southern Mexico vary. When the calls originate in the United States, there are no per-call service charges. However, calls placed from a pay phone are subject to a Public Pay Phone Surcharge to recover fees charged to carriers to compensate pay phone owners for use of their equipment.
