Are there incentives for semi retired GPs to be involved in RACFs?
The Panels Initiative can be used to provide incentives for semi retired GPs to work in RACFs. For example, a semi retired GP could be engaged under the Initiative through a retainer payment for their agreement to be on a roster of GPs who are available to undertake after hours or emergency care for residents.
