Based upon the only study done so far, the average document size being filed in the courts currently live on CM/ECF is 12 12 pages. Using this average, the transmission of a pdf text file takes less than 1 1 minutes.

Based upon the only study done so far, the average document size being filed in the courts currently “live” on ECF is 12 – 12 ½ pages. Using this average, the transmission of a PDF text file takes less than 1 – 1 ½ minutes.
