Are there group activities scheduled on Thursday afternoon and if so, when?
A. DRaT will try to schedule a meeting with our Congressman and Senators on the east steps of the Capitol Building for Thursday around 3:00 or 3:30. If were not successful with that time, we will probably drop the idea and Thursday would be left for individual group touring. Q. If we arrive earlier, should we book our own room, or just let the hotel were with the RTS group and check into the block of rooms youve booked. A. If youre on the rooming list, you can check into the hotel whenever check-in time is. Those arriving by bus should be at the hotel around 5:00 p.m.
