Are there “good” and “bad” characteristics?
It is vitally important to recognize that there are no right and wrong, or good and bad behavioral characteristics. Each personality type has its own set of values and standards that dramatically differ from the other types. It would be unfair to compare one set of values against another. Orange people aren’t “bad” just because they like to goof-off and play around with their friends. And Green people aren’t “wrong” when they prefer to be reclusive and avoid group activities. It is also important to realize that each personality type has a collection of strengths that the other types do not possess. The world needs the strengths of each of the personalities in order to function. In fact, the success of almost every organization, relationship, business or enterprise relies on the strengths of each of the different personalities.
