Are there glasses available for programmers to block peripheral vision?
You could get those black, rectangular frames that are popular now, where the side things are as wide as the lenses. When I was trying on frames when getting new glasses recently, I had occasion to try some of these and I thought they were like wearing horse blinders, They would drive me nuts, as I use my peripheral vision, (even if it is blurry). But they might be perfect for your application.
