Are there flexible commitment advantages of moving into Old Town Place?
• You must commit to live at Old Town Place for a minimum of one month. Your continued stay will be on a month-to-month basis. • Old Town Place has a very flexible move-in and move-out policy. We do not require you to move-in on the first day of the month or move-out on the first day of the following month. We allow you to move-in and move-out on any day of the month. Nearly all other apartments in San Diego will require you to move-in and move-out strictly on the first day of the month. Note: You can move-out on any day of the month for any reason, as long as you provide the manager with 30-days notice. • Old Town Place is a month-to-month residence. This allows for both short-term and long-term residents. If you are moving to San Diego, Old Town Place offers you a place to stay while you get settled in San Diego – while you get oriented and find a permanent residence.
