Are there flexible commitment advantages of moving into Golden Hill Place?
• You must commit to live at Golden Hill Place for a minimum of one month. Your continued stay will be on a month-to-month basis, unless you have provided a move-out date. • You can move-in on any day – not only on the first day of the month. Likewise, you can move-out on any day of the month for any reason, as long as you provide the manager with 30-days notice. Your monthly rent will be pro-rated based on your move-in or move-out dates to coincide with our rent due date of the 1st day of each month. • Golden Hill Place is a month-to-month residence. This allows for both short-term and long-term residents. If you are moving to San Diego, Golden Hill Place offers you a place to stay while you get settled in San Diego – while you get oriented and find a permanent residence. You can stay as long as you would like. We only require that a 30-day notice of your move-out date be given to the Manager.
