Are there FitBALL exercises that target lower back pain?

Using the FitBALL for lower back exercises is a great way to strengthen your back muscles, improve posture and mobility of the spine, decrease lower back pain, and prevent back injury. There are several FitBALL exercises that specifically target the lower back muscles, but keep in mind that it is important to train all muscle groups. If you are short on time and solely focusing on the lower back muscles, be sure to also do a few exercises for the abdominals which are the opposing muscle group to the lower back muscles.
