Are there financial options available to veterans and their surviving spouses?

The Veteran Administration’s Aid and Attendance Pension is a wonderful program for our veterans and their surviving spouses. The maximum monthly amount for the pension in 2010 was $1,056 per month for a surviving spouse of a veteran, $1,644 per month for a single veteran and $1,949 per month for a veteran with a spouse. Partial awards are also granted. For further information, visit Elder Resource Benefits Consulting.
