Are there Film & Television clubs on the UA campus?
Yes, there are at least two: University Filmmakers Organization (UFO). The purpose of the the club is to (1) strive for the highest quality of production, (2) give any student the opportunity of hands-on filmmaking experience, (3) act as a social environment that promotes networking amongst peers, and (4) act as a forum that streamlines the production process. Club activities include film production, workshops, and general film discussions. Students are encouraged to join UFO to gain professional film experience and make friends in the process.
