Your images can be in one of the following file formats: .GIF or .JPG(.JPEG, .GIFF for if you are using a Mac). Please ensure your file is in the RGB color format (rather than CMYK). If you do not have a photo editing program, you can download a free copy of Pixia photo editing by visiting: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/pixia.html. Your images may be any size, but keep in mind that the larger the image and the longer it will take to upload to our site. Particularly if you are using dial-up service for your Internet connection, you will expereince a delay when uploading. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
