Yes. This treatment is intended for use by women who have already completed childbearing. The procedure removes the endometrial lining that must be intact to bring normal pregnancy to term. However, because it does not always treat the entire uterine lining, there is still a chance pregnancy could occur. Contraception should be used after treatment.
