Are there fees to change my award ticket reservation dates or destinations?

You are assessed a fee for changing your travel dates if you also change the destination city, departure city or both. The minimum charge will be CAD$125 and is subject to availability of award travel on other dates. If you choose to change your travel dates but do not change your destination and departure city, you are not assessed a change fee. Changes must be made by phone with United Reservations at 1-800-United-1 (1-800-864-8331).
