• Yes. When Domestic Innovations shows up to clean your home – and there is no way for us to enter your house, we charge a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee is related to our policy that says “If you need to cancel, please cancel at least 24 hours before we arrive – or else we charge a cancellation fee”. So, if we show up and we can not enter your house – that is treated as if we “got cancelled at your front door”.
