Yes, in some cases. The City of Lethbridge may, by Bylaw , set any fees it requires to be paid as long as they don’t exceed the fees provided for in the regulation. If you are seeking general information, there is a $25 application fee that needs to be made at the time of the request. There is no fee applied to requests for your own personal information.
