Web Banking and Bill Payment are FREE for personal Web Banking. If you are a business customer, there is a $3.50/month fee plus $0.45 per item for Bill Payment. If you are a business customer who requires cash management services such as ACH, wire transfers, merchant services, please contact your local VIST office or Cash Management @ 1.800.573.4649 for more information.
