There are typically several additional fees beyond the nightly, weekly or monthly rental costs. These fees may include cot & high chair hire, z beds, welcome packs, extra cleaning, local taxes where applicatble and the refundable security deposit. Also, there maybe an extra charge for air conditioning, maid service, pool heating, electricity and gas. These additional fees will be mentioned in the Owners property description, however, you should confirm these fees with the Owner before paying your deposit.
