The Project Management Bookstore does not add charges or fees, but some countries will charge a Customs Fee and/or Duty on shipments from the United States. All Customs Fees and Duties are the responsibility of the customer, and you must contact your local UPS brokerage prior to placing your order for an estimate of the customs fees and duties that will be charged. Also note that The Project Management Bookstore will not refund shipping charges on refused shipments.
