Examples may include for law enforcement or national security purposes, subpoenas or other court orders, CDC reporting, disaster relief, review of activities by government agencies or to avert a serious threat to health or safety or in other kinds of emergencies. Of course medical information may be disclosed when members give written permission to do so. This personal information will be for specific providers and members can change their mind and revoke permission. Information already shared cannot be revoked.
