Are there enriched or additional benefits available beyond the underlying plan of benefits?
Some benefits may have additional coverage under the Employer funded portion of the plan. When an employee receives the Explanation of Benefit (EOB) from the underlying carrier for charges related to hospital care and related professional charges, submit the EOB to BAC for further consideration. If you are not sure as to whether there are enriched or additional benefits, refer to the Insured Saver Plan Schedule of Benefits or call BAC for assistance.
