Lawyer Sule Beder who is currently operating in Fethiye-Mugla/TURKEY has knowladge and diploma in both English(She has done GDL (Graduated Diploma in Law) in English Law in BPP Law School in 2008.) and Turkish jurisdictions. She has lived in the UK for a long time therefore she also speaks fluent English.
