Our Leadership in Training (LIT) program is for youth from 12 to 17 that are willing and able to accept responsibility to work for a portion of their camp fees. Those youth age 15 and up that have been an LIT in the past and have developed skills and a work ethic that will benefit Devil’s Gulch Ranch Educational Services may apply for paid Senior Staff positions.
