Are there earthing issues with older conduit home wiring?

Thanks for the info. There’s been no indication of problems with the earth so wouldn’t want to alter, and can’t go two prong where I am anyway (once tried a two prong extension lead and never again!). So I think its double insulated plastic boxes then, and definitely not metal ones. The only problem is finding one to match the conduit wire out point. Will probably have to drill a hole and although safer than no box as is presently the case in older wiring, it may not be strictly in code. I guess this is why home electricians won’t touch conduit wiring.
