Are there dues for the Homeowners Association in Falcons Nest?
Yes. The dues are $45 per month, which will be collected monthly. Falcons Nest Partners LLC has elected to pay these dues through December 31, 2011, so no dues are going to be assessed until January 1, 2012. There is also a one-time initiation fee due at the closing of each home in the amount of $250, which is payable by the buyer to the HOA. This initiation fee is not being paid by Falcons Nest Partners LLC.
