Yes, if you click on the help button on the bottom of the systems page, the page that lists all of the diseases for that system, a window will pop up and offer directions for completing the assignments including a list of reference textbooks. This same pop-up window will appear if you click on the underlined text at the top of the page with the file folders labeled “systems” and “account info” which reads “Click here for directions to the expanded SOAP note homework assignments”.
