Are there different types of memberships at the Nutcracker Golf Club?
The goal of the Nutcracker has always been to serve the needs of its members in ways perhaps Pecan couldn’t. There are levels of memberships to fit the needs of any family. Whether it be a social, fitness or a full golf and fitness membership, the Nutcracker Golf Club will work with you to customize a program that meets the needs of your family. Can you have your own golf cart? Yes. Annual trail fees apply at both courses. How many homes are in Pecan Plantation? Approximately 2,500. How many people live in Pecan Plantation? Approximately 5,600, about 650 of which are school age. Can you use any builder you wish? Yes. Property owners are allowed to select any builder they wish provided the builder agrees to abide by the rules and regulations established by the PPOA. Can you build your own home? Yes.
