WIN Lifestyle Coaches are primarily online or “virtual” and can be reached by email at VACoaching@foh.hhs.gov. Once you have been connected to a Lifestyle Coach you will be able to contact them via instant messaging through the WIN website. The coach will contact you by phone as well. Select VA locations will also have on-site Lifestyle Coaches that you can meet with in person. You can request an on-site coach if one is available in your area.
