Yes, there are many strengths of VELCRO brand material from very weak to almost permanent. When you use very strong VELCRO brand fastener the cycle lifeis shorter than the weaker VELCRO brand fastener. Most applications use the hook 88 and loop1000 for an excellent combination of strength and cycle life.
