An Individual Membership is for one person only — only the member can use our programs and services. An Organizational Membership is for three people (you can add more to the membership at an additional fee) that are in the same organization. This organization does not need to be an LLC, nor does it need to be any type of established entity. If a group of you want to start a band and call yourselves ABC Rock Stars, then that’s your organization, whether officially recognized or not. The members of the organization (beyond the lead member on the account when you sign up) will need to register as Users on the account to be able to use our services (you can do so by having the lead member log into the website, click on Settings, and then on Users). A Community Membership is a free individual membership that allows you access to our healthcare services, the calendar of events, and our special offers.
