Are there different goals for non-native speakers?
The target goals remain the same for all students learning to read in English. The goal represents a level of performance predictive of future reading success in English. Remember that the DIBELS measures aren’t designed to assign grades to students. They are designed to determine which students need additional support and to evaluate how student are responding to intervention.
