Robin Lenka can assist with both licensed and classified step increases. You can contact her at robin.lenka@mpls.k12.mn.us. The system automatically applies step increases for teachers if they have worked 110 days or one semester per year. Classified staff receives step increases according to the collective bargaining agreement when their supervisors complete an evaluation form and sends it to Human Resources.
