No. After the service has been activated for a particular DFI ABA, anyone with a certificate with FedACH services access for that DFI has access to all functions in the FedEDI Plus service. If a DFI has designated a Service Participation Point Manager then this manager institution has access to all functions. The DFI in this scenario has only access to view pre-generated reports and generate “On Demand” reports. For example, the DFI cannot use any of the parameter screens.
