Are there differences in species temperament?
There are mannerisms common to all conures, but there are also variations in temperament among species and among individuals. Some are more laid back and some are more hyper. Some are louder and some are quieter. Do your homework to see what fits with your expectations and lifestyle. If you’re contemplating getting a bird from a breeder, that breeder should be able to tell you what that bird is likely to be like as a companion.
